Mazda's hybrid offline experience with "drive"

The concept envisioned the presentation of the vehicle with a mobile screen.

The Geneva “Autosalon” is one of the most important automobile exhibitions in the world. That is why the Japanese car manufacturer Mazda wanted to take the opportunity to impressively celebrate the world premiere of the new Mazda 6 estate facelift.

For the presentation by the CEO of Mazda Motor Europe to international press and media representatives, the car was to be staged in an innovative and informative way. Therefore, the agency 361/DRX GmbH created a unique concept and we, as development partner, took over the technical implementation.

The concept envisioned the presentation of the vehicle with a mobile screen. The technical features of the car were to be impressively demonstrated using X-Ray effects. Before the unveiling of the vehicle, we generated excitement through animations on the moving screen, using the live presentation software Ventuz.


After the unveiling, both 3D animations and augmented reality x-ray effects offered insights into technical details such as the power unit or the cockpit equipment. Wonder how the exhibition visitors reacted to that? The positive international press response to the performance says it all.
